It is preferred that you complete the registration form electronically, click on the submit buttom and it will be e-mailed to BBsymposium@ohri.ca which should appear in the "TO:" field of the e-mail message. You can also choose to print the Acobat registration form, fill it out and fax back to 613-739-6189.
