The objective of the talk will be to:

  1. introduce our research program TAIMA TB,
  2. background on Inuit history, geography and epidemiology as it pertains to TB and
  3. present our recent 5 year study on TB transmission patterns in Iqaluit using genomic, epidemiologic and social network analysis.
