Delegates are responsible to contact the hotel directly to make their reservation. Identify yourself as a participant of the: “Oncolytic Viruses as Cancer Therapeutic Conference” in order to receive the group discounted rate.

Reservations must be made no later than February 6, 2009.

Reservation requests after February 6, 2009 will be accepted on a space-available basis at normal hotel rates.

Individuals cancelling their hotel reservation after March 8, 2009 will be subject to a cancellation penalty equal to one night’s room and tax.

There are a total of 150 rooms per night blocked for the conference. All Reservations will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel will extend the below group rates 3 days pre and 3 days post from the contracted convention dates of March 18 – 22, 2009, subject to guest room availability.

These rates include the $8.00 per person, per day service charge to cover porterage and housekeeping. All room rates are subject to a 4% provincial tourism levy and the 5% Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T.)

Children under the age of 18 years, sharing a room with their parent(s), stay at no charge.

The registration fee will include:

• Entrance to scientific sessions, Welcome reception, breakfasts, coffee breaks, and dinners, as well as a Farewell Banquet.
• Lunch is on your own, either in the hotel (Eden Dining Room, Primrose Dining Room, Larkspur, Divas, or The Rimrock Cafe) or near by in the town of Banff
