Tender Loving Research improving care for stroke patients

The latest edition of our Tender Loving Research video blog features Dr. Dar Dowlatshahi explaining the excitement behind a new stroke treatment approach, and the dramatic recoveries experienced by some patients. Dr. Dowlatshahi is a stroke neurologist and scientist affiliated with The Ottawa Hospital, the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute and the University of Ottawa Brain and Mind Research Institute, and the scientific director of the Ottawa Stroke Program. The Ottawa Hospital Foundation’s Tender Loving Research campaign aims to raise $50M for research at The Ottawa Hospital over the next three years.
