What We Do

Our main research interest is the regulation of gene expression at the level of transcription and chromatin / epigenetic. We are using a combination of in vitro (proteomics, genomics) and in vivo (leukemia mice models, xenotransplantation of human leukemic cells in immunodeficient mice) including single cell approaches (CyTOF and scRNAseq) to understand how hematopoietic stem cells differentiate into blood cells and how deregulation of this process causes leukemia.
