April 14, 2014

The Canadian Society of Nephrology has launched a new journal called The Canadian Journal of Kidney Health and Disease, the first and only journal of kidney disease in Canada. Dr. Manish Sood is the journal’s founder and Deputy Editor-In-Chief. The aim of the new publication is to showcase Canadian nephrology research, advocate and promote awareness of kidney disease, influence public policy and improve the health of millions of Canadians who are afflicted with kidney disease. The Canadian Journal of Kidney Health and Disease is open access, meaning that it is free to read for patients and their families.
