INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS


  • Invited speaker talks are 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions/discussion
  • Selected Abstract talks are 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions/discussion
  • Talks will be timed to allow for sufficient discussion
  • Please be able to provide your talk well in advance of your presentation (see Program) on a USB Key (Thumb drive)
  • Any questions/concerns email mstanford@ohri.ca


INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS


  • Poster presentation is Friday, March 20, 2009 from 8:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. (see Program)
  • Please be available to discuss your poster at this time
  • Poster must fit in a 3.5 foot X 3.5 foot (approximately 1.1 m X 1.1 m) space
  • Poster boards will be up by Friday noon
  • Thumb tacks will be provided
